H80i vs Kraken X41

I've verified that both fit in my Enthoo Pro, and both are within $10 of each other. Which one would be better suited for my 6700K? I've checked reviews, and they all use two fans, does this mean putting fans on both sides of the radiator? Also, I made a post yesterday about the H80i's warranty, some people said 50% of damage is covered if it leaks, some said just under the value if what was damaged was covered. Overall good results I guess. Now what about the Kraken X41's warranty? Ive been trying to get to NZXT live chat, but none of their agents respond...

What I remember is that h80i use 1 fan for the radiator and 1 for air intake (or outake i forgot)
