Pc Wont Start

um hi hello so today my other PC ASUS SonicMaster cannot start up i tried doing delete everything and reinstall windows it didn't work --- so now when i start it up it shows that cancerous logo with INTEL at the bottom then it just shut off....

Please provide more information. 

Are you trying to reinstall windows on the PC with the issue?

Are you able to reach POST?

Can you access the BIOS?

idk if i can just wait a few hours then i'll update but anyway without bios thats what it does also what is post? i've never had this problem till now

Do you mean you can't get into bios?

POST is the Power-On-Self-Test, its the splash screen that tells you to press F2 or whatever to enter bios, this screen varies per motherboard. If it's asus then it'll most likely be a screen saying American Megatrends and/or the Asus logo.
