I don't think there exist an IPS 1440p display with freesync that is around $300, most of them are $500+

The cheapest and most reliable IPS 1440p I can find around $300 ~ $350 is Dell U2515H but it doesn't support freesync

There is a list of freesync displays on Amd's own website. You can look specs there then look for pricing.Keep in mind that that list might not be up to date because displays get Freesync with firmware uptade all the time. But if you're gonna wait for your "gpu" i suggest you wait for monitor too. There are talks of new wave of monitors with Hdr and freesync. Still they probably be over 300, but can make the other monitors cheaper. If you cant wait, for 300 dollars i recommend LG 29um68-p...on sale on amazon.
