Best speakers

I personally know nothing about speakers. My dad wants to upgrade his speakers for his PC, he is interested in 7.1 surround. Price range is anything less than 200$.

Well, his best bet is probably the Logitech z506. 7.1 isn't really going to happen at this price point.

I don't know. I can tell you that there is going to be very little difference between surround sound speakers in this price range other than features or looks.
