Default Gateway Not Available

Hello there, I've been having a issue with my network for the last couple of months. Everytime I start to download something on Steam my computer suddenly stops having connecting with the internet, but all the other devices on my house stay connected! When I run the Windows "problem finder" it says that the Default Gateway isn't available. I've tried to find a solution online but couldn't find any!
By the way, my router: Asus Ac68U
Network adapter: Tp-Link TL-WN821N
