I want the side pannel window to be bigger. Can I get a big piece of plastic or glass to replace the side pannel? How would I attach it?

You could expand the current window on the panel but if you wanted to do a full window, using some thing like 1/8" acrylic would be a good option. As for attaching it depends on what method you want but you could drill mounting mounting into the case and through the acrylic and use some thumb screws.

Where could I drill the mounting holes?

The frame or portion of the chassis that usually allows for the side panel to slide and lock in place. You will most likely need to tap and thread those holes or use some kind of fastener to secure it in place.

It's not really hard it would be very similar to their own Acrylic series which has that full windowed side panel view.

How does it hold in place (I see the screws, but where do they screw into?)

They go into the frame where the panel usually sits flush to the case, if you were able to get a clear window and make some new mounting points on your current case I don't see why that wouldn't work as long as they are the same sized window.

Can you drill into acrylic without it cracking? Where can I get some?

If you go carefully it's not going to crack easily, if you can get very small stepped (chrstmas tree) drill bits those those work quite well but usually are a fairly large size.

As for acrylic try looking at local plastic supply places or some arts and craft stores, some hardware stores also carry it.

I'll let you know how I get on! If I don't have that drill bit, should I just go slow? What thickness should I get? Whats the length and width

The main thing is when you break through to the other side you don't want to go super fast as it can but into the plastic at that point leaving tearout or a bad hole. It would be best to have it drill into a scarifical board which can help prevent some of that. Something like 1/8" would work well and not be so thick that it stick up from the edges.

What are the measurements of the side panel? Don't have anything to measure with

Bring the side panel with you to the store or get a tape measure?

I wouldn't know the dimensions of the panel itself unless I had that case on hand.
