Windows 10 apps help needed

I have downloaded many apps and games from windows 10 store in my laptop. I have a PC to which I want to transfer my apps specifically Forza 6. As it is 20 GB and internet speed is about 50kBps I dont think I will be able to download it to my computer. Please suggest a way to transfer apps to my computer. I can create an appx file from my laptop but cant get it installed to my computer maybe due to some copyright or security issues. Thanks.
