Msi B85c prebuilt IGD issue

So the situation is i've bought a msi B85c (motherboard) based prebuilt. Since I bought it ive cannibalized it quite bad and just the other day i reassembled the remains ending up with a complete system except for the GPU. Now i cant get it to output video, it boots and i at one point we're in the bios. i've since carelessly ruined it unknowingly. 

 

so in short, i have confirmed working I5-4460, MSI B85c mobo, 16 Gb ddr3 misc, and i need to get the bios output to a screen through either Dvi or HDMI with the Gotobios button on the mobo not doing the job. any tips?

 

also ive tried putting in a working GPU to get at it that way and change some settings to no avail.
