Security system on home server

Hi all

 

I was looking for help/recommendations on setting up a home security system.

 

I would like 4 outdoor security cameras, decent quality, night time mode,  dome shape preferably that can run via network from my Windows 2012 server where I can manage them all from. Haven't been able to find any suitable products?

 

As an aside if anyone knew of network doorbell tech, I'd love to find out more.
