Monitor problems

So it all started when i got home from school, i opened my computer then my monitor started to glitch

or something because when i open my computer

My monitor started to have lines(rainbowish colors) it started to rise from bottom 

to middle, the lines freezes a bit in the middle area but in 14 seconds it takes up

the screen completely and instantly can someone pls help me :( i havent played in 2 weeks now

and dont ask me why i dont buy a new monitor
