There's a disconnect with the title and the body of the topic. In the topic, you ask about both Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. But in the body, you only ask for Windows 8.1. Windows 8.1 should install fine, but if some people are having issues with their B150M boards, it won't hurt to try searching for your particular board to see if others are having issues, and to also verify proper driver support for your board.
