Nvidia Shadowplay Unexistent on GTX 960?

So I got the MSI GTX 960 GAMING 2G and I'm trying to record with shadowplay. When I go into the Nvidia Geforce Experience Program it tells me that it's ,,Not Ready''

Why is this happening?

You probably do not have the minimum required CPU.

 

I can use shadowplay with my gtx 760 :0

I don't know , I'll try reinstalling the program from the official site. I installed this one directly from the CD I got with the GPU.
