What chipset should I get for my build?

I am going to get i5-6500. The pros for Z170 would be a compatibility for a possible future upgrade to SLI or a future upgrade to an overclock able CPU. The pros for H170 would be that it is cheaper.

For gaming you really just need an i5. Overclocking would be nice. Remember SLI is now limited to 2 GPU's. so a H170 board could be perfectly fine.

Okay. If I did upgrade in the future to an overclockable cpu, how hard is it to upgrade the cpu and motherboard?

Not too hard. If you've built a system before.

If you don't have plans for overclocking just go for a i5-6600 but if you do go for i5-6600k.

Remember there are some H170 boards that do support overclocking. I do not know which though.

How is the quality of Asrock? Some people have told me it is good, some say it is bad.

ASRocks quality is amazing especially with their low end motherboards.

The only company i have bought motherboards from is ASRock because I trust there build quality that much
