[WINAMP] Creating skins?

Hey.

 

I want to create custom skins for WINAMP (like this one; https://i.gyazo.com/cc4ee56478b1cdee65512196ba44fbe0.png ). I can do easy things with the skins which is changing the seen character to whatever I want since its a simple PNG file you just edit.

 

But I want to create one fully from scratch made by my own hands so to say. I've found a official tutorial on the winamp wiki but with how it looks right now its not possible for my bird-brain to understand it at all.

If you need any more info please tell me, I kinda don't know what more to say really.

 

Any help is appreciated.
