Portable DVD Player

I've got a portable DVD player, but the motor has a hard time spinning the disc.

It's not the laser, because it does attempt to spin the disc, but makes weird noises.

 

I've tried cleaning it with compressed air. There's no visible dirt build-up.

Does it make grinding noises or is it just a loud vibration? Optical drives are really loud normally. You could probably get a new one through a warranty if it bothers you that much.

I don't have warranty for it.

Won it from playing bingo on Canada day.
