what GPU should i get ?

so my father got me this old a*# pc after begging him for 12 months, it has an intel core 2 duo @ 3 GHz ,and 4 GB ddr3 ram @ 600 MHz , the motherboard is an hp 3048h compatible with 8GB ddr3 ram @ 1000 MHz

now what i'm asking for is what's the best graphics card i can buy for this pc on a budget of 160$ U.S without it bottlenecking

and what brand of ram should i get (for gaming and recording purposes )

and should i keep the old ram stick or buy new ram because the old one is an old samsung ram stick

Will it get bottlenecked by an RX 470 or GTX 960? Those are the best cards within your budget.

750ti is the way to go man,

 

I think your cpu will be bottleneck you if you would go for an 960 or 470.

 

and you get a good gaming experiance form a 750ti on 1080p
