Wireless Webcam?

I've been trying to find a working wireless webcam I can use for my computer. I found one on amazon but it's only gotten bad reviews. I want one that works and has a decent video quality for video calls and stuff. I've also been looking into "USB to Wireless converter" type stuff, so I can plug in my USB webcam to an adapter and attach a receiver to my pc and have a wireless connection. I haven't had too much luck with that either. 

 

You guys have any ideas where I can find something like this?
