It's probably something added by your manufacturer (DELL). If you remove it, it won't harm the computer, but whatever functions it performed will be gone. It's just a regular program that was put there when you first got it. Whether you need it is up to you. Pretty much everything you get will have it's own drivers built in, or at least on the website of the manufacturer. Personally, I would delete it.

PC Specs

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X

Motherboard: Asus TUF GAMING x570-PLUS (Wi-Fi) ATX AM4

RAM: 32GB G.Skill Trident Z DDR4-3600 CL18

Graphics: ASUS GTX 1080

Case: NZXT S340 Elite

PSU: Corsair RM750 (2019)

Displays: ASUS VS247 & ASUS VH169

guessing the manufacturer forgot to check if the uninstaller works with newer os's

go to where the program is located in your programs folder and try and find the uninstaller and try and run it frim there, if you are still getting the error try running it in compatibility mode this might fix it

****SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH IT'S REALLY TERRIBLE*****

Been married to my wife for 3 years now! Yay!
