Which adapter do I need?

I have a Razer Seiren and this boom arm http://amzn.to/29urh70. Which adapter piece do I need to screw the mic into it without the shock mount?

 

On Razers website I read this, " Yes, the mounting port is an industry standard 5/8 inch port." but I don't see the correct adapter online. Can anyone help me and tell me which one I need?
