Would it be a good idea to build the rest of my pc now and add a graphics card a little bit later once the 1060 aftermarket cards start to come out?

Would any problems arise from doing this?

No problems would come from this as long as you purchase a CPU with on board graphics so you can have some sort of display till you get your card.

If you don't have the money and need a PC now, you can certainly build now and add later. You would have to live with integrated graphics until you get the card. The only problems I can see are with windows activation. Sometimes adding a GPU in after you have already activated windows will make windows think it's being installed on a new system, requiring you to call Microsoft to reactivate. If you have a retail key, you'll be fine, but with an OEM key you might run into a bit of trouble.
