Sooo

you may already know me from this:

or this:

First off, I WENT ON MY FIRST (and second and third) with a tinderella .

Nothing much, I think she's slowly laying me down into the friendzone.

But meh, I'm having (or had) fun.

MOVING ON, she's made me realize a ton of stuff.

Anyways I would like to create a workout plan. Any help is appreciated.

Targets:

(1) STAMINA - I don't really care about looking good naked. I just want to not be weak in terms of endurance (like hiking, running etc)

(2) FLEXIBILITY - I CAN'T REACH MY TOES. HALP

(3) SWIMMING - I only know how to float on my back and chill in the water :)

Thoughts?

P.S.

Yes I'm asking because I'm currently bored at work. I keep researching but there's so much information on the netzszszsz.

I have TRIED working out before. Like years ago. But those were mostly pushups and kid stuff. Never got serious about it.

P.P.S.

Oh btw I'm 5'6" and weight about 62kg.

I'm "slim" except for my dad-bod (manboobs and beer belly)

When it comes to the ladies. There is one thing I know for sure. If you stress about it and actually go in for trying to get a girlfriend you won't get one... They come when you don't look for them. Atleast in my experience. Like before when I was single I never had any girl even remotely try to make a move, then I started giving a fuck and now I have one and other have made moves...

When it comes to working out. Just start with moving around and not just sitting on your ass doing nothing. Take walks, go swimming. Have someone to do this with aswell, you will get really tired of it, really fucking fast. When it comes to flexibility, I'll say the same, use your body, if you don't it'll become stiff like a log and you'll feel like 70 at the age of 25.. Swimming learn to swim or you will drown, take a course or have one of your friends teach you even. Or if you don't wanna give up on the girl ask her if she can swim and if she would like to teach you. They like it when you are the helpless puppy that needs help from them :P

Good luck.

But seriously, don't stress about girls and getting laid. My stepdad didn't get laid before he was like 40...

I once explained to my girlfriend what true love is. I said, "If you were a shit, I'd put you back in" and to this day, she is still my little shit.

It's not about getting laid really.

It's more of adding some color to my B&W life.

So far, she's doing that. But I am not optimistic as to where we end

I'm just enjoying the moment. I'm pretty sure she's fooling around with other guys anyways.

HOWEVER, my anxiety is making it unhealthy for me.

I'm constantly thinking about her now.

One of my friends suggested to go out with other women.

That's just not me though.

I can't even begin to imagine the level of anxiety I will go through.

ANYWAYS ON TOPIC,

I found this 30d workout plan that seems pretty easy (since it has a level 1 2 3).

I'm choosing level 1, thoughts?

I think I should target swimming later on when I'm fit enough to swim.

I already took swimming classes a year ago, but never really used them after that.

Well done mate, remember stick to it. It doesn't matter what anyone else looks like, you're not doing it for them you're doing it for you. The first week you'll be sore and the second and the third and pretty much every day for the rest of your life if you're committed enough but just keep that thought in your head that each day you where better than yourself yesterday.

Stamina: Go to a high school track near you. School is out and nobody is there. Try to run a mile and time yourself. Walk and run in your neighborhood at night.

Diet: Start by eating less and then completely cut out extra processed sugar and carbs. Snack on fruits, count calories with MyFitness Pal app. Eventually you will lose your urge to eat constantly and will be filled up by eating much less. The diet is EASILY the MOST IMPORTANT PART. Its much much much easier to lower the amount of calories you take in than burn them off afterwards

Swimming: Take lessons I guess

Flexibility: This will come along with getting into shape

System: Thinkpad T460
