New build issue

After installing all new hardware with all cables in place, only the motherboard lights up and no fans spin or move. No beeps occur either.

 

These are all new hardware.

 

Specs:

I7 6700k

Asus gtx 1070 strix

Asus maximus hero viii

Trident z 2x8gb 3000mhz

Corsair h110i gt

Evga supernova 750 80+ gold

Samsung 850 evo 500gb

Wd 2tb black

Fractal define r5

 

I have tried starting it without a gpu, 1 stick of ram, reset cmos.

Tripple checked all cables were plugged in correctly.

As well as tried the cooler on both pump  header and cpu fan.

I have no paperclip at this time to short the psu.

 

I wanted to know what could possibly the issue

Double check every cable to be in properly, and in right positions. If it doesnt work you may have dead psu or mobo at your hand.
