If your PSU has a 6 or 8 pin PCI-E power connector then you should be just fine. But since the PSU that comes with the prebuilt systems is not always the best quality you could upgrade to a good 450 or 500W PSU and you should be good. The recommended PSU wattage for a GTX 960 is 400W.

Yup, new PSU is needed. Don't trust those pre-builts. They are awful, and usually lack the connectors you need.
