Xeon x5650 Build

I have a couple of questions concerning this build. 

1. What problems do you guys see in doing this build.

2. what would be a good motherboard choice

And finally I have 16gb of ADATA XPG Extreme 2133mhz oc ram and I am wondering if it will work in this build.

 

Any help would be awesome

Finding cheap consumer motherboards or compatible non-proprietary motherboards for LGA 1366 would be a problem.
