2nd gpu wattman help

Go to solution Solved by LooneyJuice,

I could be wrong, but this used to happen all the time due to ULPS (Ultra Low Power State) with Xfire. It essentially switches off the second GPU completely when not under load. One thing you could try is run Unigine Heaven in window and go back to the Wattman screen while it's running to see if the sliders activate. Do this for a couple of games too. If it's still dead, check connections, reseat GPU, and if all else fails, place it in the first PCIe slot on its own to test.

well it says your frequency is 0 mhz max but I have no idea why or how you have it that way but I THINK that is why it isn't taking power
