So i'm about to purchase all the parts for my first build (for gamng and streaming/recording). This is parts list: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/user/wng_brady/saved/#view=77LRsY I found a refurnished 960 in newegg for $199 (http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487153&cm_re=gtx_960-_-14-487-153-_-Product). Is it worth it for me to buy the refurbished card or just get it brand new from the NCIX link that is in the parts list? I'm trying to save money but not have my build compromised as i've been waiting to build this pc for a long time.

Check the reviews as some hardware does better than others. I've had some where none (except like 1, but that happens even on new components) are DOA. I've also had some where every review (except 1) says that it didn't work and they've returned it 3 times and never gotten one to work. Just be careful and read the return policy if it doesn't work.
