Would this be comfortable?

Would it be comfortable to put 2x 25 inch monitors and a 10 key less or full keyboard and mouse on this desk and still game comfortably?

Yes. I would get a monitor tree to occupy less space and make it more ergonomic.

I love it for my triple monitor and one on top. Enough space for a mid tower on the bottom and extremely modular.

The reason why I'm going for this desk is that I have 110 cm of space to work with and I needed to maximise it so I decided this desk would be a good idea.

I see. That would be your best bet then. I don't know of any IKEA desks smaller than that one aside from a picnic table for kids.

He is building the desk himself. IKEA flat-packs everything. It'll cost him more and take more time if you mean going to the hardware store.

I definitely agree. If you can build one yourself, or design it yourself and get someone to assemble it. It is not that difficult, I just designed and built mine month and a half ago.

 

As for the desk in the OP, I don't think it would be comfortable as the depth of desk is 50cm and, at least form me personally that is too close to monitors, but everybody is different.
