Workout Earbuds?

So I've been going to the gym for a while now and the earbuds I currently have keep falling off my ear when I workout and I want to invest in some new earbuds. Any suggestions? I've heard that the Bose SoundSport and the Shure SE215-K are good. My budget is around $100 CAD
