Dell Ultrasharp u3415w small crack / scratch

So attached below are 3 images of my monitor. I recently moved and I created 2 areas with small surface scratches / cracks. I cant tell what they are, they don't clean off, they have a tiny bit of texture when I move my finger over them. Any ideas on how to fix? Is the only way to get a new screen? Does Dell sell that type of thing? Any info on what t his looks like would be great, I don't think the panel is cracked because the colors are fine, it just looks like a scuff or crack to the actual screen.
