exactly as it says, I double click, and it doesn't open. I tried running as admin to no avail. Any ideas?

Just a guy who peaked at building back in the days of the GTX 980. If you see me here, assume i have technical knowledge akin to a committed hobbyist builder back then. If something's changed, you'll need to tell me(nicely plz). I'm probably asking for help with the modern build scene since I have no clue what's going on.

Try redownloading and/or running in compatibility mode?

havent tried, going there now, reporting back in a sec

ok, yes it works on another pc. i read the warning about having .net framework 3.5, tried to up[date that, and it didn't work. nothing ran. I double clicked and nothing happened. i ran as admin, clicked yes, and nothing happened from there. EXACTLY LIKE IS HAPPENING ON MY KB. Might this be a .net framework issue?

Possibly, I got nothing though... Try contacting their support.
