It only shows one and does that mean its only using one?? I am using home Windows 10

Here is the picture of CPUZ

If you are using home windows then it can only see one cpu.  Like I said you need windows pro to see 2 cpus. I use Windows 7 pro on all my systems and boths cpus show up.

I have a dual Intel Xeon L5420 computer and with Windows 8.1 it showed up with 2 Sockets and 8 Cores in task manager but when I upgraded to Windows 10 it only says I have 1 Socket and 4 Cores in task manager and I still have both of them installed.

Is both of them being used?

If not how can I fix it???

Thanks

You need pro version or higher to see dual cpu's. That might be your problem also look in CPUZ.  Task manage is nearly always wrong.
