Hey guys im on my way to thr stote so this has to be quick

 

Would a EVGA SuperNova 550w be good enough for an

I5 4590

Gigabyte GTX 970 (8pin + 6pin)

CPU: I5 4590 Motherboard: ASROCK H97 Pro4 Ram: XPG 16gb v2.0 4x4 kit  GPU: Gigabyte GTX 970 PSU: EVGA 550w Supernova G2 Storage: 128 gb Sandisk SSD + 525gb Mx300 SSD Cooling: Be Quiet! Shadow Rock LP Case: Zalman T2 Sound: Logitech Z506 5.1 Mouse: Razer Deathadder Chroma Keyboard: DBPower LED

hey there

it shouldnt be a problem two of those i reckon could take about 300w to 350w depending on how much you oc it or use it, but do keep in mind the other parts you have such as motherboard and Ram also take in wattage. so you may want to ask someone in store

Alright thanks, might step up to the 650

My entire OC'd system (4790k OCd and 970OCd) uses 375 from the wall (so PSU outputs less). 550 is more than enough

There are websites out there that will tell you the total wattage of your build if you want that info.
