Hi,

     I am nikhil . please suggest me the motherboard. I had asrock fatal1ty 990fx professional  motherboard past three year , now it is breakdown . i going to purchase new motherboard . I have amd bulldozer 8150 black edition 8 core processor . So please suggest me the good one motherboard compatible for my processor.

For the budged I'd say go with ASUS ROG Crosshair V Formula-Z (around $220).

According to Tom's Hardware this seems to be very good MoBo.

Overclockers confirms what @kizoku_95 said. That's also a decent motherboard with some updated features like USB 3.1. and much cheaper than the one I originally suggested (but I was respecting the budget form $150 and up to $300). TBH can't get a much better deal than the board you mentioned for the socket.

 

Another two options are MSI 990FXA Gaming or Asus M5A99FX Pro R2.0. They both are around $130-150, but Asus M5A99FX Pro doesn't have USB 3.1. and MSI is around $30-40 more expensive. So ASUS 970 Pro Gaming/Aura is definitely a good choice for the price.
