Annoying youtube audio problem.

I mean the controls at the bottom of my video that is playing in the flashplayer plugin. All controls are functioning it is just that only with youtube my video is muted everytime a new video starts so I have to move the volume bar evertime I watch a new video.

Okay when I start a youtube video btw I am using (win 7 64 and firefox latest version). When I start a video, the flashplayer plugin is muted I can unmute it on the flashplayer tab with no problems. I can't find any options to correct this I have never had this problem before I believe my 2 1/2 year old may have moved something because everything was normal until I left the room and came back a few minutes later. I have tried uninstalling the flash plugin and reinstalling it no change.

When you say the "flash player tab" you mean the windows volume mixer right? I just tested it and the flash player doesn't seem show up there in chrome, only firefox.

 

Only suggestion I have is to go into windows sound options and under the communications tab select the "do nothing" option because it could be windows adjusting volumes for some reason.

Try deleting all your cookies for firefox, I think it tries to remember your volume setting with cookies.
