I have had an idea about how I can combine my knowledge and technical ability with making some money (probably for new PC parts lets be real). 

I want to start a simple job in which I would advertise to local people, targeting the older generation, to help them with any computer, WiFi, TV (basically technology in general) problems. This paired with help setting up peoples new products that they don't know how to.

 

I was just wondering if you were me, how would you go about starting up something like this? What actions do I need to take and are there any legal things (I live in the UK) that I would need to sort?

I'm not planning on it being a business or whatnot, just as a little way of making money and helping people.
