Im looking to buy a gaming pc because my curent laptop is dying.

Budget

I don't have an actual set budget but i want to keep the prices around the following areas:

PC - $500

Monitor - $150

Keyboard - $50

Speakers - Cheap

Usage

I will be using my PC for internet browsing but mostly for playing Team Fortress 2 and possibly for playing Overwatch

Preferences

OS - Windows 8.1

Keyboard - Quiet, Black / White

Case - Tower, Black / White, possibly with USB and audio plug on top

Other

I'm looking to get constant 60 FPS in TF2 if at all possible.

I live in South MN, USA

Im upgrading because my current Dell Inspiron laptop is getting slow and junky and i want a good PC - dont really care about fixing current laptop

Thanks in advance!
