This might be a very nooby question x) but I will still ask! :)

So I got windows and a few apps (Spotify, Skype, Avast) on my ssd, but I want steam onto my hdd so the question is: Is it okay to have Program files and program files (x86) on both my ssd and hdd ? So too just change the (C) to a (D) when choosing to install steam?

Thanks in advance :)

Yes when installing Steam, just change it to go onto D.  Don't move stuff after you've installed it though or it will almost certainly stop working.

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

So I should just change that one letter and not make a folder called like "steam" ?

Well you can put it somewhere else if you want. You can even install Steam to your C drive and then configure the games to go onto D later within the Steam settings.  It's up to you.

So basically its also okay to make a program files (86) on my hdd even tho theres already one on my ssd ? :)

You don't need to make it, "Program files (x86). You can name it anything. The path doesn't matter, it can be changed in Steam>Settings>Downloads whenever to wherever.

Your C: and D: are exclusive drives. Naming it, "Program files (x86)" is only going to confuse you. You aren't likely to be sorting your applications by their architecture support.

Yes, you can install things to your D drive as well :)  But you don't have to manually make the Program Files folder.  It will be created automatically if and when you install something to your other drive.
