After hooking everything up to where I'm pretty sure it needs to go (I watched an Austin Evans video to help), I found a couple wires that I'm not sure where they need to go, I have the front fan wire than can't reach even slightly near the motherboard, and the front USB wire with the same problem. I might be able to post some pictures if needed.

Also a note, I successfully got the rear fan plugged in and I can't even find a second plug for the front fan

It seems like your motherboard only has 2, one CPU and one System FAN header.
Maybe buy a fan splitter? This will result in both fans spinning at half rpm since the power is going to be divided over those fans. Or buying some Molex to fan power converter cables (Not the best option).
