pin,password,picture password

Hi guys,so i have a windows laptop> My live account is synced with my laptop.However i have also added pin and picture password.I wanted to know that whether my pin and picture password is synced with my account.Moreover if i sign into my live account on another laptop,will my pin and picture password be there  automatically or i would have to add a new one.And if my account gets hacked,can hacker change my pin or picture password online on web.

 I am a geeeeeeek
