Acer GN246HL possibly modding

I want to add a g-sync module to this but I need to know a few things first.

 

1. Do I need a specific Module?

2. Do I need to any additional hardware or wires/cables?

3. Am I running a risk of the module damaging my monitor? (basically if I do this correctly will the the module itself damage the monitor?)

4. Is it even possible with my monitor?

5. Where do i get a module?

 

I think that's pretty much it. I spent about 200$ on this monitor and I love it and all but I notice the screen tear in a few games and the stutter is noticeable. Should I even try this?

since this monitor was never designed for g sync it it is almost impossible to do unless you are a skilled technician and know what you are doing. frankly i dont think they even sell components like that.
