Hey, Happy Eid Al-Fitr for all muslim members.

btw, i have a Hp Pavilion g4 1311au laptop with Amd a4 apu.

i seen many of test the different farom singe channell to dual channell, i want to upgrade my ram to 8GB from this kit (Corsair Vegenance cmsx8gx3m2a1600c9). But i have a bit problem of money. i can buy it maybe at next month but,,, can it will be worth? for 45 buck? i not wanna dissappointed becouse of this, so i wanna hear all of your opinion.

i would upgrade your storage to an ssd instead, you will see better speed improvements with an ssd upgrade

Before you buy them, please make sure that they are compatible with your laptop, because most laptops use 1,35 volts for ram, but these are 1,5 volts. You also need to check the speed of this ram and the supported speed of mobo and cpu. Otherwise it would be a waist of money.

 

Because i dont think your laptop can take 1,5volts,´just double check it, and you will be fine.9_9

on cpu-z my stock ram has 1.5v , not 1.35v. but if i buy a 1.35v ram, is it work just fine?

In some cases, you can use it, but that’s not always the case, it depends on motherboard and on the ram you have.

But if you socket is 1,5volts than you can just use that, and I would recommend it as well.
