I'm looking to build a computer that can run games like overwatch at high or ultra

I've gotten most of the parts down but I need some recommendations for a storage device preferably an ssd and also I think the power supply I've chosen is a bit overkill what do you think

list of parts:

Feel free to recommend other parts that you think might fair better in this rig

Thanks

Edit: I live in the Bay Area so prices are as indicated on sites I think

Looks pretty solid. I would say go for something like a Samsung SSD for a boot drive, and maybe a WD hard drive for mass storage (if you need a lot of space). The PSU is a little overkill, but a good choice if you are planning on getting another 1070 for SLI in the future.

Lenovo Ideapad 720s 14 inch ------ One day I'll have a desktop again...

Thanks for the response

I've added a 500gb Samsung Evo and a WD Black 1tb so I will have enough space for most used applications in the ssd and took your recommendation for adding a hard drive for mass storage

I've also brought down the power supply to a lower wattage as I don't have plans for buying another card for sli in the future

Thank for the response. Really helped :3

Yes looks good, but as you already said the PSU is overkill. 600W would be plenty for that rig.

I would get some faster ram. A 3000MHz kit would be my suggestion.

Also a 750W psu is more than fine for SLI. The EVGA G2 850W is currently at a good price though.

Thanks for the suggestion

the corsair sticks basically cost exactly the same so I'll change that if it means faster ram

thanks
