Graphics card Catalyst driver

Im planning to get a new sapphire 7770 hd 1gb edition to replace the old same card(sapphire 7770 hd 1gb edition). do i have to reinstall the driver or i can just leave it and update?

why would you buy a new one and replace, why not crossfire?
