Alpha Cool XT45 vs Hardware Labs GTS + 80mm Radiators (worth using)?

1. I have the option to go with AlphaCool XT45 (45 thickness) or Hardwarelabs GTS (29 Thickness). Which one would give me the best results in the 800 to 1000 RPM range?
1A. With XT 45 I can only do push or pull with GTX I could do Push/Pull. Not sure it's worth doing Push/Pull for a degree or two cooler.

2. Is it worth getting a dual 80mm radiator? Space in my case is limited and only have room for one 240 and dual 80mm in the back.

Current Build: Project Frost
Gaming Rig Build: Project Ice Dragon

The GTS rad is better suited for low rpm fans, especially if you just use Push config.

For Push Pull the XT45 will be better but even though you will run the fans at lower RPM you will get more noise, as they are channelling air between one another.

Hope that makes sense.

As far as dual 80mm, I'd say no but others might have better input.
