PC upgrade critique

Upgrading current rig. I want to see what you guys think, and what I can change in the plan!

 

CPU: Current: Pentium G3258 * Upgrade: i5 4690K

 

Graphics Card: Current: Sapphire R9 380X * Upgrade: Sapphire RX 480 (sexy af)

 

Motherboard: Current: ASRock H97M Anniversary * Upgrade: ASRock Z97 Extreme4

 

Case: Current: Silver Stone Kublai KL06 * Upgrade: Phanteks Eclipse P400S (black with window + getting Phanteks LEDs)

 

CPU Cooler: Current: CoolerMaster Hyper 103 * Upgrade: Be Quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3 or something in the Corsair Hydro 100 series (someone help me out, I have no idea what water cooler to get!)

 

A braided cable kit for some nicer looks and maybe an extra 8GB of Hyper X (white)
