Budget? Intended uses (gaming, workstation or both)? Any peripherals, monitor or OS needed?

gaming and basic stuff fro the main time yeah i am not ready to get a monitor yet tried it out on my lg yeah i have os 

windows 7 and 10 don't have a keyboard yet but not big deal

It should already have preapplied thermal paste (if not, apply it before). Just screw the heatsink into place to install it, it shouldn't be too hard.
