What did I break?

Hey, I was just messing about with my 960 mini and trying to run some overclocks, but when I eventually dragged it to far and made it crashed. I turned off the PC and waited for about 10 min. When I returned to 3Dmark, I put in the last working OC and hit over 2000 less points. I also tried running it at stock settings but is still see a 2000 points decrease. Any clue what might cause this and any way so fix it?

Does it perform the same in games? If yes then it doesn't matter

 

Try restarting your PC as i have had that once and it fixed it

lol, forgot about my a bit to unstable CPU OC, problem solved, but thanks anyways
