Cloning SSD/HDD Software

Anyone know any good free software to clone SSD's/HDD's

I would preferably like it so have a lite version so I can run it off of a Flash drive but its not necessary

All recommendations are welcome and appreciated!

CPU: A8-5600K GPU: MSI RX 480 GAMING X 4GB MOBO: ASUS A55BM-PLUS 

RAM: 2x 4GB Samsung DDR3-1600 1.25V PSU: Corsair CX430 CASE: Enermax Ostrog Windowed STORAGE: PNY CS1111 120GB / Hitachi 1TB 7200RPM OS: Windows 10 Pro & macOS Sierra 10.12.3

Should I try the manual approach for when installing to a USB?

It boots into it's own GUI. 

Oh shit that's sick. I have a ODD, But its not installed and I am to lazy to find the SATA cable
