Here's the deal with that site.  The keys are likely legitimate keys.  Sometimes they bought to resell to launder money.  The issue is that reselling keys is not legitimate and the key *could* be invalidated because of that.  There is also the potential that the seller is just using stolen credit cards or another scam to purchase them to sell on the site.  That site is a bit like Amazon, but I don't think they themselves sell any inventory so maybe more like eBay.  Basically, if you go there, use a seller with reputation - and make sure to keep good backups of your data and copies of installers and installer media (cd/dvd) just in case.

There's something cool here - you just can't see it.

No, Kinguin is not a scam. I bought a windows 10 key from Kinguin. They are a 100% reputable site. You can believe me because i'm using my computer to tell you this. BTW Paul's Hardware made a complete windows installation guide using a windows key from Kinguin
