Well from low/med 60fps to ultra 120fps in 1080p is better.

390 can easily handle 1440p. Not at max. mind you, but med. to high quite respectfully. No clue what you're talking about.

Yeah it can, but since ive been hopping from 50 to 50ti to 60, i would have to say its better to go 2 tiers higher if you want to be amazed. if not then another tier higher would be fine

I'm on a 300€ budget, so I think I'll get a rx480 as soon as the custom cooled versions are released!

Long answer...  What CPU?  What Games?  What settings do you play at?
